Your fees consist of 3 separate fee types:

  1. Campaign Fees – this is the cost for Turbo to setup, adjust,  configure, and test a campaign.  Each product you promote is a different campaign.  Your first campaign is $500 per month and additional campaigns are $250 per month each.
  2. Ad Budget – to run a Lead Accelerator Campaign, you must have at least $1,000 to spend on advertising per campaign.
  3.  Media Management Fees – 15% of Ad Spend.  We charge a percentage of ad spend to manage the media buying process.  The media buy fees also include all of your creative, ad adjustments, and ad split tests.

Once our onboarding process is complete and we launch your ads, you will begin to receive consultation requests within 1-2 days.  Many media providers require a manual review process for medical and aesthetic targeted advertising, so this can cause slight delays at times.

During your onboarding process we ask many questions about your practice in relation to the procedure.  Some of the details we will need are:

When you are signing up, you will determine which campaign(s) you want to participate in as well as your budget.  We will calculate all of this into a single monthly bill.   You will receive a detailed billing statement with your charge breakdown each month.

Turbo has media buying partners across the internet.  Every partner is different so we cross test to ensure that we are generating the highest quality consultation requests at the lowest cost possible.

When we run Facebook ads we will most likely be running the ads on a Turbo-owned Facebook Page.  If you have a strong Facebook presence and can provide the correct access level to us, in some cases we can make exceptions.

We ask that our Lead Accelerator Practice Partners commit to 3 months at a time.  This ensures that you have given the consultation requests generated from month one a chance to have their consultations and ultimately book before making a decision on the direction you would like to take.

YES!  Basic training on how to best schedule these requests is included.  We take your results very seriously, so we are happy to help you to convert these requests into in-office consultations.

Unfortunately, no.  That said, we have never had a practice that did not receive consultation requests through our ads/funnels.  We will commit to ensuring that we will get consultation requests to your practice, however, converting the requests to consultations and patients is the responsibility of the practice.
